Community Service

The Spokane Adjusters Association has a history of being an active member of the community and has given generously in the past to many worthwhile organizations and charities.  This includes food collection for 2nd Harvest Food Bank, volunteer labor in support of the Letter Carriers’ Food Drive (see photos), and Cash donations and purchase of specialized equipment for law enforcement at both the City and County level, funding scholarships for firefighters to attend training, and cash donations to local Animal Shelters and many other worthwhile projects. In order to maintain our status as a Not for Profit Organization, and in keeping with our charter and purpose, it is necessary that we continue this tradition.

We are looking for organizations that are in need and worthy of our support.  This includes civic, cultural, health and human service organizations, which are tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Private schools with at 501(c)(3) designation and all public schools including day care, K-12 and colleges and universities are also eligible. The organization can tell you if it is 501(c)(3) tax exempt.
